These studies go beyond conventional feasibility work that typically focuses on planning controls, bulk and location, yield, sun studies, and broader urban context. While these parameters establish the practical framework for development, they do not in themselves define what a site could meaningfully become.

Each study also develops an early design vision that sets direction from the outset - establishing a narrative for how a place is organised, experienced, and understood. This is about more than maximising efficiency or return; it is about giving clarity and intent to the development so that spatial quality, identity, and usability are considered alongside commercial and planning drivers.

By combining strategic analysis with a clear conceptual direction, the work aims to reveal stronger and more distinctive possibilities for each site, supporting development ideas that are both viable and more compelling in their overall proposition.
